Pain Support Group (CPSG) members and site
visitors is respected our group. Information collected when you subscribe
to our news letter
mailing list will never be sold or redistributed. This
is the ONLY INFORMATION that is collected by CPSG.
You must check with MSN Groups and review
their privacy policy regarding information you give them
at the time you sign up for use of their services.
Please be aware that our message board and
chat rooms are in a public access area of the Internet.
Any information, including your medical information
, that you post on the message board or discuss in our chat
room is redily available to those who visit our site. To
protect yourself do not ever give your personal information
to a stranger, post it to a message board or in a chat
room anywhere on the web.
CPSG web site owners do not collect medical and/or
personal information (eMail info only for the news letter). If you receive a request for information
from someone claiming to be a part of CPSG, please contact
us and let us know the details of the request. If
possible, please forward a copy to us of any request for
info from someone claiming to be part of CPSG. We do not
ask for personal and/or medical information of our members.
PLEASE NOTE: All visitors who leave
information of a personal nature on our message board or
in our chat room must be warned that it is
a public forum that can be viewed by anyone visiting the site. We highly
recommend that you never leave personal information such as real name, phone
number, and email address in a public area where others could gain access to it.
